Cat® Lift Trucks
Dedicated to tomorrow
Our products offer a number of superior features. Both brands carry the same standard of high quality design and manufacture as well as the latest technology as pioneered by our founding companies.
We operate in a competitive market. In order to stay competitive we run a continuous program of research and product development. This ensures that we remain at the forefront of technological design, which has already led to innovative features such as the fully floating drive train, the high-visibility mast and the industry-first fingertip hydraulic control system.
Groundbreaking advances have been achieved with the award winning range of electric trucks with intelligent electric controls. Improved energy efficiency has led to powerful yet smooth engines, impressive fuel economy, low emissions and less noise. Today, in addition to being highly durable, our material handling products are also friendly to the environment. It is no surprise that MCFE has won four separate awards from the Fork Truck Association. The last of these British acknowledgements, the Ergonomics Award 2010, was won by our low-level order picker.
We continually invest in the latest tools, machinery and manufacturing equipment, such as robot welders, laser cutting machines and new, environmentally-friendly painting areas.
Setting new standards in competitive markets in the future is our driving force in the development and manufacture of forklift trucks. Reliability, safety, functionality, performance ability, control and serviceability are central to the company's goal of producing market-leading high quality materials handling machines.
Serving customers is what we do best
Serving customers starts with a complete understanding of their needs. Our broad counterbalanced and warehouse equipment line includes diesel, LP Gas and electric models ranging from 1.0 to 16 tons, so they can choose a truck to meet their specific requirements.
We have two distribution channels which enable us to have complete access to materials handling customers. Through our extensive dual distribution networks, we serve both small and large companies. In this way we are able to serve companies in the transport sector, warehousing, steel, chemicals, telecommunications and many other sectors. Our customers all share a common expectation: high product reliability and low operating costs. We deliver both.
In order to meet customer requirements, we support our dealers and distributors in lease and rental agreements, service contracts, and fleet management and provide high quality parts with the highest availability in the material handling industry.
Our trainers, specialised in the field of sales and technical product training, are able to support our dealers, whenever specific training is needed. This ensures that our end-users can use our products in the most efficient manner. Such aspects are part of our worldwide customer service.
Everywhere, yet close to you
After Sales Service is a natural part of our company's daily business. We provide full support through our independent dealer networks in Europe, CIS, Africa and the Middle East.
With parts availability of up to 97% (measured full line, first pick) from our Puurs (Belgium) based warehouse, we offer the highest parts availability in the materials handling industry. Furthermore, we have online access to an extensive stock within one of our other centralised parts distribution centres located in the USA, Singapore and Japan. This unique and powerful infrastructure ensures that you receive the correct part, at the correct place, at the correct time.
